The Clinton County Arts Council's mission is to promote, develop and support
the arts in Clinton County

To carry out this mission, the council will:

• Facilitate greater public awareness of and participation in the arts
• Assist artists and arts' organization through funding and consulting
• Broaden the base of public and private support for the arts
• Serve as the primary resource for information about the arts
• Encourage communication and cooperation among arts' organizations
• Help Clinton County increase tourism through promotion of art and
 architectural resources

VisionStatement: The 21st Century will establish the Clinton County Arts Council as a leader in the art community by focusing its vision outward, to not only strengthen the arts in the area, boost the local economy, stimulate the quality of life and improve education throughout the area.
